Collaboration
Recently “collaboration” has become the buzz word of our sector. However, to embrace its full meaning organisations need to explore both what it this means for them alone, as well as ways they might work together with other charities, social enterprises and private organisations to achieve their objectives.
There are a number of ways we can help you – by facilitating informal meetings to explore the benefits of collaboration with another organisation, by supporting the setting up of a shared services centre, or by helping you to become more competitive by merging with another organisation.
We are currently working on a number of collaborative projects, from supporting a full-scale merger to setting up a shared support services function with community groups which have benefitted from a transformation award from the Big Lottery.
